Custom-designed industrial fabric partitions, enclosures and curtain walls that contain dust, fumes, noise, overspray and temperature — installed in days, at a fraction of the cost of drywall, block or metal cladding. Designed, supplied and installed across Toronto, the GTA and Ontario.
Every plant eventually needs to enclose or separate a process — welding fumes drifting into assembly, dust settling on packaged product, noise from one cell wearing on the whole floor, or heated space bleeding into shipping. Traditional rigid wall construction runs $8–$35 per square foot, takes weeks and is nearly impossible to move. A SoftWall system does the same containment job with industrial fabric panels: quick to install, easy to reconfigure when your layout changes, and typically a fraction of the price. We design each system around your building and process, supply it and install it.
Stationary or retractable, floor-to-ceiling or framed booth — each system is purpose-built for the problem it has to contain.
Fabric walls that divide a facility — separate shipping from manufacturing, isolate product categories, create ISO quarantine or clean areas. Tie in to existing walls and structure.
Framed booths around welding, grinding, blasting, painting and inspection. Add lights, windows, front curtain panels and dust-collection tie-ins as the process demands.
Scissor-frame booths that collapse to a quarter of their size — load oversized pieces by overhead crane, close the enclosure, run the process, then fold it away.
Temperature-control curtains and insulated fabric walls that hold heated or cooled zones where you need them — and cut the energy bill for conditioning space you don’t.
Softwall cleanrooms and environmental rooms for food, pharma and electronics — wash-down-friendly fabrics that prevent cross-contamination and inventory spoilage.
Describe the problem — dust, noise, fumes, temperature, overspray or cross-contamination — and we’ll spec the right wall for it.
Discuss Your ApplicationIndustrial-grade materials matched to your application — including flame-retardant fabrics that meet Class 1 ASTM E 84 and NFPA-701 specifications.
Before you price drywall, concrete block or metal cladding, compare what a SoftWall system does for the same containment job.
Rigid construction runs $8–$35 per square foot before you’ve moved a single wall. SoftWall systems typically cost a fraction of that — and future changes stay cheap too.
Panels dismantle, relocate and reconfigure as your layout evolves. When production moves, the walls move with it instead of being demolished.
Installed quickly with little or often no production downtime — no dust, debris or trades disrupting the floor for weeks.
From a problem on the floor to an installed wall — without interrupting production.
We capture dimensions, the process being contained and site conditions — photos of the area help us move fast.
Preliminary concepts and drawings are developed for your approval — fabric, frame, doors and options matched to the application.
Your system is custom-fabricated — typically 2–5 weeks depending on complexity, with stock items shipping in days.
Quick assembly with minimal disruption — most systems go up in days, not the weeks a rigid wall demands.
In-plant environmental problems: dust and particulate containment, welding and process fumes, noise, overspray, odour, temperature and humidity control, and cross-contamination between product categories or processes. If it drifts, spreads or leaks from one area to another, a fabric wall can contain it.
Yes. Systems can be specified to meet Class 1 ASTM E 84 or NFPA-701 flammability specifications (and CAN/ULC-S109 in Canada) by matching the right fabric to your application. Note that flame-retardant is not fireproof — we’ll match the material to your code requirement.
Partitions divide open space, floor to ceiling. Stationary enclosures are framed booths built around a fixed process like welding or painting. Retractable enclosures collapse to about a quarter of their size — the right answer when floor space is tight or overhead cranes need unobstructed access. Most projects are settled with a short survey of the area.
Traditional rigid wall construction typically runs $8–$35 per square foot. A SoftWall system usually comes in at a fraction of that, installs faster, and costs far less to modify later. We’ll quote your exact configuration — send dimensions or a floor plan.
Stock items ship in about 2 days. A standard curtain runs roughly two weeks after drawing approval. Complex custom enclosures take 3–5 weeks of manufacturing after drawings are approved. Installation itself is quick — typically days.
Yes. Retractable roof panels let crane cables pass overhead, and fully retractable scissor-frame enclosures collapse out of the way so large pieces can be craned in, then enclosed for processing.
Tell us what you need to keep in (or out) — dust, noise, fumes, temperature — and we’ll design a SoftWall system around your floor, quote it and install it anywhere in Ontario.
