Integrated modular drawers convert standard shelf levels into welded steel drawers, so small parts that would get lost on an open shelf get their own labelled, dividable home. Each drawer is built from durable 18-gauge steel, carries up to 450 lb, and rides a boxed-side, Delrin-roller rail system that pulls out to full extension and self-closes.
Because the drawers are designed to integrate with Metalware Interlok and E-Series wide span shelving (using adaptor brackets), you add dense small-parts storage without buying separate drawer cabinets or giving up floor space. - They’re designed to integrate with Metalware Interlok boltless shelving and E-Series wide span shelving using adaptor brackets, so you add drawers to the units you already run rather than buying separate cabinets.
- How much weight does each drawer hold?
- Each drawer is rated at 450 lb and is built from welded 18-gauge steel on a boxed-side, Delrin-roller rail system for smooth full extension.
- What sizes and heights are available?
- Drawers come 18″ or 24″ deep, 36″ or 48″ wide, in heights of 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 8″, 10″ and 12″. Note that the same-height front and sides mean an 8″ front gives a full 7″ of usable depth.
- Can the drawers be divided into compartments?
- Yes — 20-gauge drop-in dividers can be placed at every inch, so each drawer is configured to the parts it stores.
- What colours are available?
- Light grey, red, blue, black and white as standard, with custom colours available on request.
- Is there a warranty?
- Yes — a five-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on the drawer, plus a limited lifetime warranty on the drawer slides directly from the slide manufacturer.
