A roll-out sheet rack stores flat material — sheet metal, plate, blanks and dies — in heavy drawers that pull all the way out for full, top-down access. Instead of stacking sheets on the floor and digging for the one you need, your team rolls out a single drawer, takes the material, and closes it. The result is faster picks, far less product damage, and a safer floor with the danger of toppling piles removed.

- What is a roll-out sheet rack?
- It's an industrial storage system for flat material — sheet metal, plate and dies — that holds each load in a heavy drawer. The drawers pull out fully so an operator can access any sheet from the top without moving anything else, then lock back in place.
- How much weight can each drawer hold?
- Each drawer carries 5,000 lb uniformly distributed, and a single rack can hold up to 13 drawers.
- Can it store dies as well as sheet?
- Yes. The same drawer system is widely used for die storage — drawers can be combined with fixed levels, and UHMW lining or cradles protect tooling and round parts.
- What sizes are available?
- Seven standard models run from 4′×4′ to 6′×12′ at a standard 96″ height, with custom configurations available.
- Can racks be reconfigured later?
- Yes — the modular design lets you add or remove drawers and adjust levels as your material mix changes, with no need to rebuild the unit.
- Are they made in Canada?
