What's the difference between rack- and floor-mounted?
Rack-mounted units carry 1,000 lb UDL and fit on your existing structural or roll-formed racking; floor-mounted units carry 3,000 lb UDL and work with all North American rack manufacturers.
Does my racking need to be certified?
Yes. Prior to installation, a professional engineer must certify the existing or future racking and the intended use of the system. We can arrange this.
How does it improve safety?
Material rolls out to the operator on smooth enclosed bearings, eliminating reaching and crawling. A standard brake system (floor-mounted) makes loading safer.
Can I choose different sizes and surfaces?
Yes — the modular design offers many sizes and surface choices, with an interchangeable top plate.
