Yes — they’re designed specifically for the condominium and multi-residential industry. Single-tier and double-tier units suit basement storage rooms, while hanging lockers are built for underground parking garages where floor space is limited.
Will the open mesh design pass fire and building code?
The open welded-mesh construction allows sprinkler water, airflow and light to pass through, which is generally preferred over solid enclosures for fire coverage. We’ll work to your local requirements, but always confirm specifics with your building’s fire and code officials.
Can lockers be sized to our exact ceiling height and layout?
Yes. Every system is custom-made. Posts range from 7′ freestanding up to 9’–12′ floor-to-ceiling, and layouts are engineered around your columns, ducts and aisles to maximize the number of lockable units.
Do tenants supply their own locks?
Lockers come padlock-ready with a hasp; tenants typically supply their own padlocks, giving each unit individually controlled access.
