Often that is the cheapest move. If the frames and beams are sound and the profile is still available, re-pitching levels and re-cutting aisles can add positions without new steel.

Can you match racking we bought years ago?
Send a photo of the frame connector and the beam end. Connector profiles differ by manufacturer, and matching them properly matters more than matching the paint.
