We are based here
Indoff Canada operates out of Ancaster, so Hamilton is not a service area on a map for us — it is the drive to work. That matters more than it sounds. A site visit is same-week rather than same-month, and when a rack takes a hit on a Friday afternoon, getting someone in front of it is a short trip.

Can you store bar and tube as well as pallets?
Yes, and usually in the same project. Long, awkward stock goes on cantilever racking; palletized product goes on beam. We quote both together.
Do you do outdoor yard storage?
Yes. Outdoor runs are normally structural and finished for the weather, and foundations get looked at before anything is ordered.
How fast can you get someone out?
Being local, site visits are typically same-week. For damage assessments we move faster than that.
