Do you handle small projects?
Yes. A dozen bays and a workstation is a normal job for us — there is no minimum that makes a Burlington unit not worth doing.
Can a mezzanine work in a leased unit?
Frequently, yes. Free-standing platforms are bolted to the slab rather than the building and can be removed. Landlord approval and clear height are the two things to check first — see mezzanines.
