Pallet Flow Racking:
 |
|
Advantages
- Increased storage capacity requiring less floor space
- Labour savings up to 75%
- Reduces the number of lift trucks
- “First in / First out” (FIFO)
- Immediate access to each SKU
- Custom design and layout
- Low maintenance and operator friendly
|

Double your warehouse capacity while reducing space by 50% with PALLET
FLOW RACKING. Pallet flow is best suited to applications where the
throughput is high and the number of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) is
relatively small. Pallet flow consists of dynamic conveyor components
set on a decline to move goods by gravity from the loading face of the
rack to the unloading position.
Push Back Racking:
 |
|
Advantages
- Increased Density
- Great product accessibility
- Operates well with all types of forklifts, counter balance, narrow aisle and swing reach trucks
- Systems up to 6 deep
|

PUSH BACK RACKING systems provide a low cost alternative to Pallet Flow
systems when “last in/first out” (LIFO) inventory rotation is
acceptable. Push Back is ideal where throughput is lower and there are
more SKUs. Pallets are stored on carts which run on rails sloping up
and away from the aisles. Push Back systems can be configured to attain
up to 100% more pallets stored than standard pallet racking.
Carton Flow Racking:
 |
|
Advantages
- Ideal for fast moving products
- Labour savings can range from 25%-70% as compared to static systems
- Tighter inventory control
- Storage density is increased through the reduction of aisle space.
|

Carton Flow consists of an accessible arrangement of flow levels
increasing pick performance and resulting in reduced operator activity
and increased productivity. Carton Flow racks feed products within
reach of the operator.
